The scent that stayed, Fran by me.

The small film came first, like a whisper.

A brief and intimate trace of what we created together on one of those beautiful days Amsterdam sometimes gives away like a secret. In motion, Fran felt like atmosphere: soft, magnetic, impossible to fully hold.

The photographs tell the rest.

They stay longer on the details, the sunlight on his young skin, the softness of his curls, the elegant tension of his body, the way his long nails turned each gesture into something delicate and charged. Fran carries a beauty that feels deeply aware of itself, yet never forced. He knows how to move, how to hold stillness, how to let the image breathe.

What made this session so special was not only that we shared the same language, Spanish, with all the warmth and closeness that comes with it. We also shared the same artistic language. There was trust from the beginning, a mutual understanding of beauty, gesture, and atmosphere that allowed everything to flow naturally.

If the film was the first breath, these images are the body of the memory.

Even after he left, his perfume stayed in the room. These photographs feel a little like that too.
